Cheddar Bay Biscuits



2 C flour
1 T baking powder
1 T sugar
1 T garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 C unsalted butter
1 C whole milk
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Dry Parsley

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet w/parchment. Melt 1/2 C butter(set aside). In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic, and salt. Whisk until combined and then add melted butter and milk. Stir until just mixed. Fold in cheese. Drop by spoonfuls on pan.

Bake 10-12 min
Once they are out of the oven, brush w/butter and sprinkle with parsley.

These are my sister-in-law Mallory's! She made them for my baby shower, and I was hooked. I love making them to go with soups and stews. Seriously amazing!
