German Pancake


  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine 
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 425F. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan in oven. Mix milk, flour, eggs and salt in a blender and pour into pan. Bake 20-25 min. The pancake puffs up really big and goes up the sides of the dish. Cut into slices and top with anything like fruit, syrup, cinnamon and sugar-whatever sounds good. 

I got this recipe from my sister. We love making this for breakfast or dinner!
