
1 Cube steak per person
1 onion sliced thin
1 Green pepper slices thin
Butter
Worshershire sauce
Lawrys season salt
Provolone cheese
Sourdough Hogi Buns
Saute onions and peppers in 1 T melted butter. Remove to plate. Dice cube steak and saute. Add a few shakes of worshershire sauce and season salt. Melt 1 T butter on a cookie sheet and cut hoagies in half. Lay the buns on the sheet facing down and toast in oven. Mix onions with meat, place on bun, top w/cheese. Put back in the oven to melt.
This is a quick and easy, but super tasty meal! My Mom started making these right before I moved out of the house. The recipe was adapted from the Pioneer Woman's. For some reason I always serve carrots with ranch along with this sandwich.
