Large box raspberry Jello
2 cups applesauce
2 10oz frozen raspberries thawed
2c very hot water
in 9x13 pan, mix jello and water. Add applesauce and raspberries. Let Jello set.
Topping- 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 pack mini marshmallows. Mix together and let it sit overnight. Before serving , whip it up and top the jello.
This recipe comes from my Aunt Kathy. I always remember eating it at her house on Thanksgiving!
