Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce


Chicken Marinade:
3 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
4 garlic cloves minced
Combine above ingredients in Ziploc and shake. Add 2 large chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces and marinate 2 or more hours, turning the bag over half way through.

Put the chicken on skewers and BBQ them!

Tzatziki Sauce:
1/2 C cucumber peeled and shredded.
1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
1 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 garlic clove minced.
Combine ingredients, stir, and put in the fridge until ready to dip the chicken in it.

This is one of our favorite meals to eat in the summer time! We always have it with the Our Best Bites Greek Cous Cous Salad.
