Crepes
Put in a blender:
4 eggs
1 C milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T sugar
1 T melted butter
Blend slightly. With blender on, slowly add 1 C of flour. Let is sit in the fridge a couple hours to get rid of bubbles.
Heat a non stick skillet to medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter in the hot pan and swirl the pan to spread the batter into a large circle. Once it has lightly cooked, flip it over to cook about 30 more seconds on the other side.
Spread nutella, choice of fruit, and sprinkle powder sugar. Fold in half, sprinkle more powder sugar and decorate with whipped cream!
I picked this recipe up in 7th grade French class. I never did learn French, but I sure love these crepes!
