White Chocolate Chip Root Beer Cookies


3/4 C butter softened
3/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C sugar
1 small box instant vanilla pudding (dry)
2 eggs
1 tsp. root beer concentrate
2 1/4 C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 C white chocolate chips


Cream butter and sugars. Beat in vanilla pudding mix. Add eggs and root beer. Add baking soda and flour. Beat until well incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and bake on parchment paper 350 degrees for 8-10 min.




I got this recipe from work when we had a cookie exchange. They have become Andy's cookies because he has made them more than me!
