1 lb. Steak, cooked and cubed
1 onion, chopped
4 oz canned mushrooms
2 T butter
1 T flour
1/2 kosher salt
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 C. sour cream
Melt butter in saute pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauce until onion starts to become translucent, 3 min. Add mushrooms and cook for one minute more. Sprinkle in flour and stir until brown, about 1 min. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir one minute. Spoon in sour cream and cook 2-3 minutes stirring often. Add meat and heat until warm. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit until noodles are ready.
4 C. Water
2 C. Egg Noodles.
This is my sister in law Laura's amazing recipe! I have a quick and easy recipe I use on a busy night, but this recipe is my favorite!
