Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- a pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 HEAPING Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips(I like to use milk chocolate chip)
- Powder Sugar
Instructions
- In your mug, stir together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in the vegetable oil and milk until the mixture is smooth. Drop a tablespoon of peanut butter into the center and push it down into the batter.
- Microwave on high for one minute. When it comes out, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top along with a little powder sugar, and enjoy!I got this recipe from budgetbtes.com, and added a couple things to make it just the way I like it! This is one of those things I like to indulge on if my husband is away, and I just got the kids to bed, and I am ready to sit down and watch a fun movie or show! Make sure you have a big glass of cold milk to drink with it!
