Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes

Ingredients:
A handful of green beans per person-trim off the ends
About 4 red potatoes per person cut into 4 pieces(depending on the size, if it's the bigger potatoes, use 2 per person)
1 onion minced
1 garlic clove minced
Large chunks of ham, however much you prefer
salt and pepper

Throw everything in a big pot, and cover with water. Heat to a boil, then simmer for 4-5 hours.

Not only is this meal so easy, it's also so tasty! We love to enjoy this with a big slice of sourdough bread. It is also even better the next day! This also works great in a crock-pot.
