2 lbs. chicken breasts
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 T. fresh lemon juice
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. pepper
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and stir. Pierce chicken breast all over with a fork and place in a ziplock bag. Pour marinade over chicken and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but 4-5 hours is best. Cook on heated, greased grill for about 6 min. per side, depending on thickness of the chicken. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees. Let it rest for 5 minutes before eating.
