Ingredients:
- 32 oz. Frozen Blueberries
- Jar of Lemon Curd
- Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- One can of sprite
Instructions:
- Prepare the charcoal for the dutch oven.
- You can line your dutch oven with a liner if you would like an easier clean up.
- Dump the blueberries into the bottom of the dutch oven.
- Spread the lemon curd over the berries.
- Mix the cake mix and sprite in a separate bowl, then pour over the lemon curd.
- Place about 16 coals under the dutch oven, and 16 on the lid.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until a knife placed in the center comes out clean.
We love to serve this one with vanilla ice cream! Super simple recipe, but amazing results!
