Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake


Ingredients:
  • 32 oz. Frozen Blueberries
  • Jar of Lemon Curd
  • Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
  • One can of sprite
Instructions:
  • Prepare the charcoal for the dutch oven.
  • You can line your dutch oven with a liner if you would like an easier clean up.
  • Dump the blueberries into the bottom of the dutch oven.
  • Spread the lemon curd over the berries.
  • Mix the cake mix and sprite in a separate bowl, then pour over the lemon curd. 
  • Place about 16 coals under the dutch oven, and 16 on the lid.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until a knife placed in the center comes out clean.
We love to serve this one with vanilla ice cream! Super simple recipe, but amazing results!
