Pancakes:
3 egg whites
1/2 cup dry regular oatmeal (NOT quick oats, just regular oats)
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
That is it. Just 3 ingredients. Put in a container and blend until it is all fluffy with a blender stick.
Spray a heated griddle and make 4 pancakes. Serve with butter and syrup.
This healthy recipe came from my Mom. It seems so weird to just have 3 ingredients, but these pancakes are seriously amazing.
