24 finely crushed Oreos (whole cookie, cream filling and all!)
1/3 C. melted butter
1/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. melted butter
1/3 C. sugar
Cake:
3 8 oz. packs of cream cheese softened
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping cup mini chocolate chips divided
Combine cookie crumbs and sugar, drizzle the butter and stir with a fork, then press into 9 inch spring form pan. Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla until very smooth with mixer. Toss half of the chocolate chips with 1 tsp. of flour, it will help to suspend the chips in the batter. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake at 300 F for 1 hour. Then, turn off the oven with the cheesecake still in it and crack the door for one more hour. Chill overnight before eating.
This is my all time favorite cake that I have always had for my birthday as long as I can remember!
