Poppy/Sesame Seed Dinner Rolls

3/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 package dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups white flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1. Combine water and sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and let sit 5 minutes, then add honey and butter.
2. Combine the flour, rye flour and salt in mixer. With machine running, pour the yeasst mixture and mix about 1 minute, or until dough forms a ball, continue mixing 3-4 minutes, until smooth.
3. Spray bowl with Pam, put dough in and cover with wet paper towel. Let rise in warm spot about 1 1/4 hour.
4. Spray 12 muffin cup tin with Pam. Punch down the dough. Divide dough into 12 piecee. Take each piece, tear in two pieced and roll in a ball and drop two balls in each pan. Lightly brush tops with egg whites and sprinkle with the seeds. Cover with wet paper towel and let rise about 30 minutes or until double.
5. Bake rolls 14-16 minutes in oven that has been preheated to 375.
