Sweet and Sour Dutch Oven Chicken


4-6 chicken breasts cut in bite size pieces
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1 sweet green pepper, diced
1 sweet yellow pepper, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 can mandrin oranges drained (small can)
1 can pineapple chunks NOT DRAINED
1 bottle BBQ sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray’s)
Sesame Seeds 

Place all ingredients in Dutch Oven.  Stir Well.

Bake with Coals on top and under Oven until chicken is tender.
*45-60 minutes.  Cook time.
Sprinkle Sesame seeds on top and serve over rice.

My Mom gave me this recipe for when we went camping this Summer. It was a great one to just prepare ahead of time then dump it all in the dutch oven.
