Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Meatballs:
1 to 1 and 1/2 pound lean ground beef or lean ground chicken. 
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 teaspoon Wortchestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form about 12 balls. Place in casserole dish. Cover with sauce. Bake about 45 miutes at 350 degrees. 

Sauce: 
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup BBQ sauce, any kind you have
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup chopped green and red pepper.

Serve over rice.

I love this recipe, but it's Andy's favorite! He always wants this one for dinner. This one also makes an excellent freezer meal. Instead of baking the meat balls, freeze them raw.
