2 Cups Broccoli
3 Large Carrots
2 Cups Snow Peas
Half a Lemon
Salt and Pepper
Coconut Oil Spray
Rinse all veggies. Peel and cut the carrots into rounds. Heat a large pan over medium high heat, spray with coconut oil, and add the veggies. Spray more coconut oil on top of the veggies, and stir occasionally until they begin to brown. Once they have some nice color, turn the heat down to low, and put a lid on the pan. Let them steam for about 5-10 minutes, until the carrots are the desired consistency.
Once they are done cooking, squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the veggies, and season with salt and pepper.
These veggies are so easy, and so delicious!
