1 pound asparagus
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T olive oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
1 tsp pressed garlic (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
1.Preheat oven to 425.
2. Wash asparagus and cut off the woody ends at the bottom of the stem.
3. Put the asparagus in a small bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic.
4. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
5. Roast for 10 min, turning once.
6. Remove from oven and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the asparagus.
I never enjoyed asparagus until I had it this way! It's super quick and easy and extremely tasty.
