Easy Beef Stroganoff

2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion finely diced
4 oz can mushrooms
salt and pepper
garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C sour cream
1/2 C milk
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Egg noodles

Brown meat with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Drain fat. Add onions and cook until onions begin to turn clear. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook aver medium heat until bubbly. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles. Add more salt and pepper to taste.

I really enjoy beef stroganoff! I have another recipe for this that is a lot more fancy and uses steak, however, this recipe tastes delicious and is perfect when you need a quick meal. I have to say as well that this is really kid friendly! This recipe is from the Family Dinner Cook Book, which I highly recommend.
