Chicken Pasta Salad













3 cups cooked chicken 
24 oz. big shell pasta cooked
1 small bunch green onion, diced
1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits (save juice)
2 large Fuji apples, chopped
2 cups grapes cut in half ( I use green and red)
1 cup slivered almonds

Mix all of the above together in one bowl.

In another bowl, mix:
1 16 oz bottle Hidden Valley Coleslaw Dressing
2 cups mayo.
Pineapple juice, saved.
Toss the dressing with the salad and chill. We loved this pasta with fresh fruit, and whole grain rolls. Be sure to make lots, it's really good the next day.
