1 envelope dry Lipton onion soup mix
1 bottle (8 oz) French dressing or Russian
Mix together .
Use 6-8 Chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces. Place chicken in Dutch Oven, or casserole dish. Pour sauce over the chicken. Bake Dutch Oven 45-50 minutes, or in a slow cooker for 4-5 hours on low. Serve over rice.
This is my Dad's recipe! I love the flavor of it when it's cooked in the Dutch Oven, but also works great in the crockpot.
