3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 spoonfuls of Mayo
2 containers of greek lemon yogurt
3 stalks of celery diced
Red grapes (you can decide how many to use)
I also add some chopped pecans or walnuts.
Mix it all up and chill in the fridge until ready to use. Serve on croissants or other rolls.
