Overnight Caramel Sticky Buns

  • 18 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 4.6 oz cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  1. Spray a bundt pan with Pam. Place the frozen rolls evenly around the pan. Sprinkle dry pudding mix, brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the top of rolls. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour melted butter evenly over everything. Cover with a clean dry towel and leave at room temperature overnight. It looks a little interesting before you go to bed but when you wake up.......
It looks like this.2. In the morning, preheat oven to 350F. Bake rolls 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes and then invert onto serving platter. I love this recipe and I am so excited how easy it was to make. People will think you spent a lot of time on it since it's so tasty. And I promise it tastes a lot better than it looks, it got a little squished coming out of the pan.
This whole post is right from my sister Melissa's blog. I love things you can make overnight and quickly bake in the morning!
